County Lines Dealer Banged Up for Three Years in Rugby

A county lines drug dealer has been locked up for three years and one month after police caught him red-handed with heroin, crack cocaine, and CS spray on Lawford Road, Rugby.

Tymias Harris Nabbed with Drugs and Dangerous Weapon

On 6 March 2019, 28-year-old Tymias Oliver Harris, from Steele Street, Rugby, was stopped by Rugby Proactive CID while travelling in a car. Officers found cannabis, class A drugs, and a can of CS spray in the vehicle.

A search of Harris’s home uncovered larger quantities of crack cocaine and heroin, along with scales and cash. Harris later pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine, plus possession of a noxious gas weapon.

Detective Hails ‘Intelligence-Led Arrest’

Detective Constable Richard Zarcone said: “This was an intelligence-led arrest that resulted in a drug dealer, drugs and a dangerous weapon being taken off the streets of Rugby.”

Harris was sentenced last week at Warwick Crown Court, dealing a blow to county lines crime in the area.
