Man Charged Over Lewisham Stabbing Murder
Police have charged a man in connection with the brutal murder of 39-year-old Dennis Anderson in Lewisham.
Fatal Stabbing in Lordship Lane
Officers were called at around 2.35am on Sunday, 10 February, after reports of a stabbing near the junction of Lordship Lane and East Dulwich Grove, SE22. Despite rapid arrival by police and the London Ambulance Service, Mr Anderson tragically died at the scene.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
Jahmel Micheal Riley, 24, from Lordship Lane, SE22, has been charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon. The accused will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 15 February, after being remanded in custody.
