Man Charged After Brutal Pub Garden Brawl in Hythe

Victim Airlifted to London Hospital

Suspect Nabbed and Charged with GBH
Kent Police arrested Mathew Chapman, 33, from Kent Road, Folkestone, within an hour of the attack. Chapman now faces charges of intent to cause grievous bodily harm. He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday, May 30, and has been bailed ahead of a hearing at Canterbury Crown Court.
