Massive Bungalow Blaze Hits Belvedere
Four fire crews from Bexley, Plumstead, and nearby London Fire Brigade stations rushed to tackle a raging bungalow fire on Lower Road, Belvedere just after 1am on Sunday.

Firefighters were scrambled following reports of an explosion that tore through the property, believed to be unoccupied at the time. The blaze quickly escalated, engulfing the roof with flames.

Met Police have closed several roads to aid firefighting operations. Paramedics from the London Ambulance “Hart” team are checking evacuated residents for any injuries or shock.
The fire is still under active suppression as crews work through the early hours to bring it under control.
