Man Stabbed with Broken Bottle in Brutal London Waterloo Attack
Police are hunting suspects after a 31-year-old man was viciously stabbed with a broken bottle at London’s Waterloo station. The shocking incident took place just after 10pm on Sunday, 6 May.
Bar Brawl Ends in Bloodshed
The victim was inside the Vaults Bar when a dispute broke out. After leaving the bar, he headed into the nearby Leake Street tunnel. That’s where he was ambushed from behind and slashed across the thigh with a shattered bottle.
Victim Stable but Hospitalised
Friends rushed the injured man to hospital, where he is still being treated. Thankfully, police say his condition is stable despite the nasty wound.
Police Plea for Witnesses
PC Rowe, leading the investigation, slammed the attack as “extremely violent” and vowed to catch those responsible. He urged anyone who saw the assault to come forward immediately. “You may hold crucial information to help us catch the culprit,” he said.
