Drama on Romford Road: Man Hit by Car and Left Fighting for Life

Chaos erupted on Romford Road, E15, at 9.37pm on Monday, 5 April, when a car smashed into a pedestrian.

Victim Rushed to Hospital

Police and one ambulance rushed to the scene. The pedestrian, a 30-year-old man, was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries. His family have been informed.

Driver Arrested for Drugged Driving

A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He remains in custody at an East London police station as investigations continue.
