Serious Crash on A28 Island Road Involving Bus and Lexus
Emergency services rushed to a two-vehicle crash just before 12.20pm on Friday 9 August 2024. The incident on A28 Island Road, between Sarre and Upstreet, involved a grey Lexus and a double-decker bus.
Eight Injured, One Airlifted to London Hospital
Police, South East Coast Ambulance Service, and Kent Fire and Rescue attended the scene. Eight people were hurt, seven with minor injuries. But a man in his 60s was airlifted to a London hospital with serious injuries. His next of kin have been informed.
