Acting Detective Chief Inspector Howard Broadribb, leading the case, said: “New evidence came to light which led us to rearrest this individual. We are sifting through a huge amount of information and leads. These arrests show our commitment to getting justice for Mark and his family in this complex case.”
He added: “We are still searching for 23-year-old Leighton Tabone, linked to Southampton and this investigation. If you see him, call 999 immediately. Anyone harbouring him risks arrest.”
