While in custody, the suspect faced fresh assault and possession of offensive weapon charges. He was then detained under the Mental Health Act, raising questions about his state during the incidents.

Threats Span Months Across NW3 and NW5

The alleged attacks took place between November 2020 and 13 January. A string of women reportedly faced threats from the man brandishing a spanner in the NW3 and NW5 postal areas.
