Masked Pervert on Bike Targets Women in East London
Between 30 August and 29 September, a sick male has been terrorising women across East London’s E3 area. Police are currently investigating seven reported offences, where the man cycled up behind women before exposing himself or committing sexual assaults.
Disturbing Pattern of Attacks on Women
- The suspect approached victims on a bike, often masturbating during the attacks.
- He reportedly wore a mask, a black zip-up hoodie, grey joggers with a thick black stripe from hip to knee, and a chequered baseball cap.
- He may have had a bike lock worn around his neck.
- His bike is described as black and silver.
Police Step Up Patrols – Appeal for Info
Officers have boosted patrols in the area and urgently need anyone with information to come forward. They especially want women who may have been victimised but haven’t yet reported the attacks to get in touch. Specialist officers are ready to support victims.

- 30 August, 11:05am – Upper North Street near Bartlett Park
- 31 August, 10:20pm to 11:45pm – Multiple attacks on St Stephen’s Road, Burdett Road, and Watts Grove
- 2 September, 6:45pm – Navigation Road
- 12 September, 1:30am – Commercial Road near Albert Gardens, E1
- 28 September, 11:40pm – Burdett Road
