Teen Brutally Attacked at School – Faces Long Road to Recovery
Harry, 15, is a gentle lad with a wicked sense of humour. He loves gaming, chilling with mates, and is a proud member of his local RAF Cadet group. I’ve known him for 10 years – a polite, kind-hearted teen who lets his quiet nature speak first.
Unprovoked School Corridor Attack Leaves Harry Seriously Injured
But on January 27, Harry was viciously attacked by another pupil during school hours – and didn’t fight back. The assault left Harry with broken front teeth, a fractured cheekbone, and a shattered eye socket. Four of his teeth are damaged beyond repair and will need implants in the future.
“Harry had simply been reading in a corridor when he was violently set upon,” a family spokesperson said. “It was a one-sided, brutal attack. The aggressor walked away unscathed.”
Long NHS Waits Threaten Teen’s GCSEs
The NHS waitlists are painfully long, meaning Harry’s complicated dental operations clash with his crucial GCSE exams. The family fears the trauma and ongoing treatment will ruin his chances of studying and sitting the exams properly.
After much thought, they’ve decided to opt for private healthcare. This means faster treatment, more time for Harry to recover, and better chances to focus on school.
