Teen Assaulted on Ealing Road: 17-Year-Old Rushed to Hospital
A 17-year-old boy was rushed to hospital after an assault on Ealing Road, Wembley, on Wednesday afternoon.
Police and Forensics Seal Off Road as Investigation Unfolds
Emergency services were called just before 5pm on 1 October after reports of an attack near Chaplin Road junction. By 5.30pm, police had shut down Ealing Road both ways, setting up a cordon to investigate the scene.
A bicycle was discovered inside the cordoned area, hinting it might be linked to the assault. Forensics teams worked well into the evening, with the road fully reopening by 11:40pm.
Victim Stable After Suffering Head Injuries
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed: “Officers attended the scene at 4.45pm following reports of an assault. A 17-year-old boy was discovered with head injuries and taken to hospital. His condition is not life-changing or life-threatening.”
No arrests have been made yet as enquiries continue. Police urge anyone with info to call 101, quoting CAD 5437/01OCT.
Ambulance Service Prioritises Hospital Transfer
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.47pm to an assault on Ealing Road. An ambulance crew treated and transported the patient to hospital as a priority.”
