Three Arrested After Teen Stabbed to Death in Edmonton
Detectives have swooped on three men in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Ishak Tacine. The suspects, aged 18, 18, and 20, were hauled to a north London police station for questioning following the fatal stabbing on Cavendish Road, Edmonton.
Tragic Scene in North London
Police were called at 6.33pm on Wednesday, 27 June after reports of a violent brawl involving baseball bats. Emergency crews, including London Air Ambulance, rushed to the scene.
Officers found Ishak suffering from stab wounds. Despite efforts, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene at 7.20pm.
A post-mortem carried out at Haringey mortuary confirmed the cause of death was a stab wound. Ishak’s family have been informed.
Ongoing Murder Investigation
Meanwhile, a 16-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of murder and violent disorder has been released under investigation.
The Homicide and Major Crime Command are probing the attack but remain tight-lipped on the motive.
Extra police are patrolling the area to speak with locals and work with the community to find answers.

Detective Chief Inspector Chris Soole said: “Although we have made three arrests for murder, we continue to appeal to those with information to come forward. This is another tragic loss of young life. Those responsible must be caught and brought to justice. Any information passed to police will be treated with the strictest confidence.”
