Elderly Woman Found After Five Days Trapped and Injured in Ashford Home

The Problem-Solving Task Force rushed to the scene. Fearing the worst, PCSO Joseph Cain forced entry and immediately administered first aid. PCSOs Lauren Butcher and Paul Wooster coordinated urgent enquires and arranged an ambulance.
Weeks of Neglect Ends with Life-Saving Rescue
The woman was found seriously injured in her bathroom, lying there for five days. Thanks to the swift response, she was taken to a local hospital for treatment. It took less than 20 minutes from the initial call to officers locating her.

Her condition has improved, and partner agencies will ensure she receives ongoing help and care.
