Shock Attack on Bolt Driver Outside Lewisham Nando’s
Police are hunting two thugs who brutally assaulted a Bolt driver outside a Lewisham Nando’s on Friday afternoon.
Driver Attacked After Refusing Illegal Turn
The violent attack happened at around 3pm on 25 April. The victim, described by his family as a “peaceful, hardworking, God-fearing man,” was set upon by two young men dressed all in black after refusing to make an illegal turn for them.
The suspects reportedly flew into a rage, hurling abuse before launching a savage assault inside the driver’s own car.
Victim Left Badly Beaten – Family Demand Justice
The driver suffered serious injuries and the attackers fled the scene without a backward glance.
“We are desperate for justice. If you saw anything or have any CCTV footage, please contact the police,” the victim’s family pleaded on social media.
Witnesses are urged to come forward, either by contacting police directly or messaging the family for the crime reference number.
Police Launch Investigation – CCTV Sought
Metropolitan Police confirmed the assault is under active investigation. Officers are scouring CCTV from nearby businesses and asking anyone who was in the area to check their footage.
