Where’s Sarah? Woman Missing After Night Walk in South London
Sarah, 33, vanished after being caught on CCTV at 9.30pm last Wednesday, March 3, walking alone on the A205 Poynders Road near Tulse Hill.
Last Seen Leaving Friend’s House in Clapham
She had spent the evening at a friend’s place on Leathwaite Road, Clapham. Around 9pm, Sarah left through a back gate onto the A205 South Circular, heading home to Brixton on foot.
It’s believed she crossed Clapham Common and was expected home about 50 minutes later. But Sarah never showed up—or made contact since.
Search Underway as Police Raise Alarm
The Met Police have launched a full-scale investigation. Officers are conducting house-to-house inquiries and scouring the area to find any trace of Sarah beyond the CCTV footage.
Specialist Crime Command has taken charge, treating this as a missing person’s case due to its complex nature and welfare concerns.
Police Plea for Information
Detective Chief Inspector Katherine Goodwin said: “There’s no evidence so far that anything untoward has happened to Sarah. Our priority is to get her back safe to her family.”
“Thanks to her family, friends, and the community for spreading the word and coming forward. If you’ve seen Sarah or noticed anything suspicious, please get in touch.”
