Fifteen-year-old Rio Teplizki has vanished in Chelmsford, sparking serious concern. He was reported missing just after 6.20pm on Wednesday, 24 June.

Police believe Rio headed towards Chelmsford Railway Station. He’s a tall lad—6ft 2ins—with short dark brown hair and some facial hair. Rio was wearing shorts, trainers, and carrying a bag with a towel inside.
Looks Older Than His Age
Though only 15, Rio is said to appear older—possibly around 18. Authorities are seriously worried for his safety and urge anyone who spots him to step forward.
