Concern Grows for Missing Man Last Spotted Near Ramsgate
Paul Goodwin, 61, vanished on Sunday 20 March 2022, sparking a police search and worries for his safety.
Dashcam Image May Hold Clue
A dashcam caught a figure who could be Paul near the Lord of the Manor Roundabout on the A299 by Ramsgate around 6.45pm on Saturday 19 March.
Police Plea to Public
“We are very keen to hear from anyone who may be able to help us locate Paul,” said Detective Inspector Louise Murphy from East Kent Vulnerability Investigation Team.
“I hope this image may jog someone’s memory from the weekend he went missing. Or it could help us rule out if this isn’t Paul.”
What Paul Was Wearing
- White man, 5ft 10in
- Grey hair and glasses
- Blue jacket under black leather jacket
- Black waterproof trousers
- Black boots
