Elderly Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Guildford Crash
A pensioner in their 70s was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Guildford this afternoon.
Crash on Park Barn Estate
The collision occurred at around 4.30pm on Tuesday, November 28th, on Cabell Road, located in the Park Barn Estate. A Ford Galaxy people carrier struck the elderly pedestrian in a single-vehicle incident.
Emergency Response and Investigation
Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene. The victim, believed to be a local resident, was taken to hospital by ambulance. Police confirmed the pensioner’s condition is serious but stable.
Surrey Roads Policing and the Surrey Road Collision Investigation Team are probing the crash. The Ford Galaxy driver was breath-tested and cleared of any alcohol involvement.
