Celebrity Antiques Road Trip Returns with Star-Studded Lineup
BBC Two’s hit show Celebrity Antiques Road Trip is back for its twelfth series, packed with a dazzling mix of famous faces. From Love Island winners to Strictly stars, ’80s pop legends, and reality TV personalities, this season promises a treasure hunt like no other.
Love Island Winners Take on Antique Challenge
Forget the villa — 2022’s favourite couple Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti swap sun and swimsuits for vintage finds and auctions. The Love Island champs go head-to-head, hunting down antiques and battling for the highest profits. Davide said,
“It was such a pleasure to be part of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip – from the nostalgic feeling of putting myself into an antique car, through to the fun side of buying and selling antiques.”
Strictly Stars, Pop Icons & Reality Royals Join the Fun
- Strictly pro Amy Dowden
- Business guru Sara Davies
- Reality star Gemma Collins and pal Melvin Odoom
- ’80s pop legends Samantha Fox and Sinitta
Sinitta shared her joy at teaming up with Samantha Fox: “This was the perfect opportunity to spend time together after nearly forty years, and we laughed non-stop like time had stood still. It felt so cool driving through the country lanes like pop music’s answer to Thelma and Louise!”
Classic Cars, Celebrity Rivalries, and Big Auctions
The new 20-episode series kicks off on Tuesday, 10 October, featuring comedy couple Paul Merton and Suki Webster. Other star duos include sibling newsreaders Geeta and Krishnan Guru-Murthy. Travelling the UK in classic cars, they’ll hunt for antiques to sell at auction.
Antiques experts Serhat Ahmet, Charles Hanson, and Natasha Raskin Sharp will guide the celebs as they compete to make the biggest profits.
Produced by STV Studios, Celebrity Antiques Road Trip has been a beloved part of BBC Two’s autumn lineup since 2011 — and the new series promises the perfect mix of glamour, laughs, and vintage finds.
