The family of Guntis Beitans, 30, has paid a heartfelt tribute after he died in a crash on Woodside Road.

Guntis, from Selsdon Road, was riding his Suzuki motorcycle just after midday on Saturday, October 17, when the fatal collision happened.

Despite emergency services’ desperate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Family Tribute: ‘Always Happy and Smiling’

His loved ones shared a moving statement:

“There are no words to describe how saddened we are by the tragic death of Guntis. He was one of those rare individuals who was always happy and smiling no matter what difficulties he was going through. We will all miss him very much. Life is incomplete without him but he will always live in our hearts. May his soul rest in peace.”

Police Seek Witnesses as Investigation Continues

Authorities are probing the collision and appealing for anyone who was nearby or spotted a black motorcycle before the crash to come forward.
