This colossal creation is the latest jaw-dropping addition from the legendary Bestival family, known for pushing festival fun to new extremes.

A Record-Smashing Giant Inflatable

Measuring a staggering 23.8 metres long, 20.7 metres wide, and towering 12.8 metres high, this bouncy castle dwarfs landmarks alike. Its turrets are as tall as castle walls — taller than parts of the Great Wall of China and roughly triple the size of the Berlin Wall! With over 1,143 cubic metres of air, it can host 100 bouncing festivalgoers at once.

It shatters a nearly 20-year-old record, cementing its place as a bona fide inflatable legend. Whether you’re a kid or just young at heart, this is the ultimate playground for pure, unadulterated fun.

From Pipe Dream to Festival Highlight

Rob da Bank, founder of Bestival, says: “Me and my mate Matt from Inflatable Church dreamed up the world’s biggest bouncy castle five years ago. This summer, it’s finally happening. It’s one of the funnest builds we’ve ever done. So polish your socks and get ready to bounce up and down with your mates or friendly strangers. See you on the castle!”

Matt the Hat of Cardiff-based Something Creatives added: “Play is a vital part of life, and creating joy is what this whole project is about. Rob and the Bestival family share that spirit, making this brilliantly bonkers idea a reality.”
