Man Charged Over Brutal 2018 Eastleigh Assault
Police have charged a man following the savage attack on a 23-year-old in Eastleigh back in December 2018. The victim suffered serious head injuries and was rushed to hospital in a life-threatening condition.
18-Year-Old From Eastleigh Faces GBH Charge
The assault happened around 10.15pm on December 21 at a home in Heinz Burt Close. Officers arrested three suspects, but only one has now been charged.
Engert, 18, from Heinz Burt Close, Eastleigh, is charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He is set to appear at southampton/" title="Southampton" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Southampton Magistrates Court on May 28.
Others Released Without Charge
The three other people arrested in connection with this case will face no further action.
