Tamakloe, now living in Omagh, Northern Ireland, appeared at Croydon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 3. He had already pleaded guilty to outraging public decency over the shocking incident.
Four Months Jail Suspended – Walks Free For Now
The court handed down a four-month prison sentence, but it was suspended for one year. That means Tamakloe avoids immediate jail time – for now. Along with avoiding prison, he must pay £85 in court costs plus a £115 victim surcharge.
One Strike and You’re In Jail
“Any further offences within the next 12 months could land him behind bars to serve the original sentence,” court officials warned.
The lewd behaviour was reported by witnesses on the bus after Tamakloe was seen openly masturbating, prompting swift legal action.
The suspended sentence serves as a warning: one more slip-up and Tamakloe will be locked up for four months.
