Pregnant Woman Missing and Possibly Homeless: Police Urgent Appeal

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police are urgently searching for Obdulia Gracia Medina, 39, a heavily pregnant woman who has vanished and may be sleeping rough. Hospital staff reported her missing to Surrey Police on Sunday, 14 April, sparking serious concerns for her safety and that of her unborn child.

Last Seen Walking London’s Streets

  • Name: Obdulia Gracia Medina
  • Age: 39
  • Last Seen: Friday, 10 May, at a venue on Cosway Street, NW1
  • Subsequent Sighting: Later that night, walking northbound on Edgware Road at around 9:13pm
  • CCTV: Images released showing Obdulia at both locations

The case was handed over to the Met Police on 1 May because of her links to London. Detectives have been working tirelessly, following leads and conducting extensive inquiries. Now, they’re turning to the public to help track her down.

Welfare Concerns Grow

Obdulia, originally from Surrey, has recently been seen in the Paddington and Marylebone areas. Detectives fear she could be sleeping rough, putting her and her unborn baby’s health at serious risk.

Detective Inspector Simon Beechey said: “Her well-being and that of her baby are vitally important.”

He also made a direct plea to Obdulia: “If you see this message, please seek medical help or call 999 immediately. Your safety and that of your child are our top priority.”
