Woman Stabbed in Brighton: Manhunt Underway

A 37-year-old woman was stabbed on Saturday evening in Brighton, sparking a rapid police response and a hunt for the attacker.

Attack at Church Place

Police were called to Church Place, near the bottom of Manor Road, at around 6.33pm on May 25. Officers launched an immediate investigation after the victim was found seriously injured.

Detectives Appeal for Witnesses

Detective Inspector Donna Ward urged the public to come forward. She said, “This is a fast-moving investigation and we are searching to find the suspect. There were lots of people in the area at that time and we would urge those who were to report any information to police, as well as dashcam or doorbell footage.”

Suspect Still on the Run

The suspect remains at large as police continue their enquiries. Authorities have made an urgent appeal to anyone who was near the scene or has relevant footage to step forward immediately.
