Crawley Road Rage: Woman Left with Broken Leg After Hit-and-Run

Police are hunting witnesses following a shocking road rage attack in Crawley that left a woman with a broken leg and other serious injuries.

Driver Reverses Into Victim Then Flees Scene

The 34-year-old victim was driving between 7pm and 7.30pm on Friday, 11 September, when she stopped to confront a driver in a Mitsubishi 4×4 in Waterfield Gardens. She accused him of aggressive driving.

Instead of talking it out, the man reversed his vehicle, smashing into her before speeding off. The victim suffered a broken leg, broken thumb, cuts, and bruises.

Police Urge Witnesses to Speak Up

Detective Constable Sam Jedrzejewska said: “The victim has suffered some serious injuries and we are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information about it.”
