Police are urgently asking for help to find Jessica Clarke, a 14-year-old girl from Dover who vanished over the weekend. She was last seen in Gillingham, Medway around 5pm on Saturday, 23 August 2025.
Meet Jessica Clarke, aka ‘Billie’
Jessica, known as “Billie,” is described as:
- Height: 5ft 4in
- Build: Slim
- Hair: Long reddish-brown hair down to her waist
- Clothing: Skinny pale blue denim jeans and a black long-sleeve top
- Bag: Small red and pink crossbody bag

Jessica is known to use the 1 frequently. She has connections to 1heath and Erith in south-east London, suggesting she may have travelled there.

“We are increasingly concerned for Jessica’s welfare and ask anyone who may have seen her, or who has information on her whereabouts, to come forward,” a police spokesperson said.
