Two men have been charged following a fatal shooting in Clapham Police responded at 8:50pm on 8 September 2025 after reports of gunfire on New Park Road. Emergency teams rushed 27-year-old Kyrone Moodie to the hospital, but he tragically died the next day. A 20-year-old man was also hurt in the incident. Kyrone’s family are receiving specialist support. On Wednesday, 22 April, officers arrested a 20-year-old man in Lambeth on suspicion of murder. The following day, a 31-year-old man was held for allegedly perverting the course of justice. The Met’s Specialist Crime Command is leading the murder investigation. Charged Men:
- Moureik Ebanks, 20, of Saints Close, Lambeth – charged with murder, attempted murder, and firearm possession.
- Rushaune Davis, 31, of Brixton Road, Lambeth – charged with perverting the course of justice.
Both remain in custody and are due in Bromley Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 24 April.
