Islington Stabbing Horror: Man Held Over Attempted Murder

Charlie O’Bryan, 21, from Upper Street, Islington, was snapped up by cops on Monday, February 8, suspected of attempted murder. He was charged the same day with attempted murder and carrying an offensive weapon.

O’Bryan faced Highbury and Islington Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, February 9. He was remanded in custody ahead of his next hearing at the Old Bailey on March 9.

Stabbing Shocker on Upper Street

Just days earlier, at 3:30pm on Thursday, February 4, police rushed to Upper Street near Canonbury Lane after reports of a stabbing. The 21-year-old victim was rushed to hospital by the London Ambulance Service. His condition is still critical.
