Brutal Bus Stop Brawl: Man Left with Serious Hand Injury in Shocking Attack
Kent Police are hunting for witnesses after a terrifying assault at a bus stop in Tennyson Road left a man with a serious hand injury.
The attack happened around 11.30am on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. A man in his 20s was waiting for a bus when another man, just arriving on the bus, launched a vicious assault.

The suspect punched and scratched the victim before boarding the same bus. Shockingly, the attack didn’t stop there. On the bus, the assailant bit the victim’s finger. The bite caused a deep wound down to the tendon, leaving the victim seriously injured.
After the brutal attack, the suspect fled on foot, heading towards Dickens Avenue.
Police Launch Full Investigation
Kent Police have carried out house-to-house inquiries and scoured local CCTV footage for clues. They have now released an urgent appeal to identify a man who might hold vital information about the assault.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may recognise the individual described or witnessed the incident unfold.”
