Two Men Arrested After Hounslow Stabbing Tragedy
Police Launch Major Raid Across London and Essex
Detectives from the homicide team swooped on three properties in the Metropolitan and Essex areas on Tuesday, 27 April. The raids followed a brutal stabbing in Hounslow last month.
Two Men Held Over Burglary and Assisting Offenders
- A 29-year-old man was arrested on 27 April on suspicion of conspiracy to burgle and assisting an offender. He has been bailed to appear at a south London police station on Tuesday, 25 May.
- On the same day, a 25-year-old handed himself into a south London station and was arrested for burglary and assisting an offender. He is also bailed to return on 25 May.
Fatal Stabbing in Hounslow Sparks Investigation
Police were called to a disturbance at Granville Avenue, Hounslow, around 3.20am on Monday, 22 March. Officers found two men with stab wounds. Sadly, one man, Renato, died at 4.23am despite emergency treatment. Another man in his 20s was hospitalised but later discharged.
Murder Charges Already in Place
Two individuals have previously been charged with murder in connection to the stabbing. These latest arrests add to the ongoing investigation into the violent incident.
