A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a serious collision on the M4 near Hungerford early this morning. Wiltshire Police responded to the crash involving a BMW and a National Express coach on the westbound carriageway between junctions 14 and 15 at around 2.35am on 26 April. The BMW driver remains in a critical condition, while no other injuries were reported.

Delays On M4 Westbound

The stretch between junction 14 (Hungerford) and junction 15 (Swindon) remains closed as investigators probe the cause of the collision and repair teams work on the carriageway.
