Fire crews tackle Balcony Fire in Rochester

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to a fire on the balcony of a second storey flat at Cypress Court, Rochester. Crews arrived to find a balcony well alight. Crews used breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire. There were no reported injuries following the fire. The cause of the fire isn’t known at this stage and under investigation.
