Double Stabbing Shuts Down Burnt Ash Lane in Bromley

A nasty double stabbing rocked Bromley today, Thursday, September 26, causing chaos on Burnt Ash Lane. Emergency crews swarmed the scene after reports of two men attacked around 11.35am.

Two Men Seriously Injured, Road Closures in Place

Paramedics treated both victims on-site. One was rushed to a major trauma centre as a priority, while the second was also taken to hospital. The London Ambulance Service confirmed they sent multiple resources, including a fast response car and an incident officer.

“We were called at 11.35am today to reports of a stabbing in Burnt Ash Lane, Bromley. Our crews treated two male patients at the scene before taking them to London major trauma centres, one as a priority,” said a spokesperson.

Burnt Ash Lane Closed, Traffic Disrupted

Police shut Burnt Ash Lane, triggering heavy traffic and forced bus diversions for routes 126 and 261. The area remains swamped with emergency teams as investigations continue.

Photos from the scene show police tape cordoning off the Toyota Garage and a second crime scene near Pike Close. Forensics are combing the area for clues.

Burnt Ash Lane has since reopened, but emergency services are still on site. Authorities have yet to release any updates on the two men’s conditions.
