A major incident has been declared in Kincaidston after a large explosion, people are being urged to avoid the area. A number of people have been hurt as a result. Fire Scotland have sent nine pumps and eighty firefighters and officers have been scrambled to the scene just after 7pm on Monday evening. USAR teams have also been mobilised to the incident More to follow
