Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in St Osyth Crash as Police Launch Appeal for Witnesses

Emergency services rushed to the scene of a serious road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle on Clacton Road in St Osyth this afternoon.

The incident was reported shortly after 2pm on Saturday, 12 April, prompting a full emergency response and the closure of the road as crews attended to those involved.

A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, police confirmed. No further details about his condition or identity have been released at this stage.

Essex Police are now appealing to the public for information to assist their investigation. Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have relevant dashcam footage from the area around the time of the incident.
