Witnesses reported seeing the man and his dog perched around 100 feet in the air earlier this morning. Eyewitness reports
Commuters described scenes of shock as the demonstrator managed to climb the tower structure with the animal. The dog was seen sitting calmly beside the man as he displayed his protest materials.
