Becontree Underground Station has been closed since last night (October 16) after a person was stabbed and rushed to hospital. The incident occurred around 10 PM, prompting a swift response from both police and paramedics.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious stab injuries, though authorities have confirmed that these injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing. British Transport Police (BTP) are treating the incident as isolated and have increased patrols in the area as investigations continue.
