The National Crime Agency (NCA) is the UK’s primary agency tackling organised crime, trafficking, cyber crime, and economic crime across international borders. As of September 2025, their most wanted list features 19 men suspected of serious crimes, including rape and murder. Among these, seven individuals are believed to be in London or are suspected of crimes committed there.
Christakis Philippou
Christakis Philippou is believed to be in London. He is accused of fraudulently establishing travel agency businesses between 2004 and 2006, which were used to deceive customers with cut-price holiday packages. These agencies eventually ceased trading, leaving around 20,000 customers without holidays. Philippou is described as approximately 165cm tall, with grey receding hair and tan skin.
Jack Mayle
Jack Mayle is alleged to have operated a drug line known as Flavour Quest in south London and Surrey. He is believed to have collaborated with a dark web drug dealer for the buying and Sellingselling of drugs. Following his charge, Mayle fled and is now on the run. A native of Croydon, he has distinctive tattoos, including one Readingreading ‘england/croydon/”>Croydon’ on his left forearm. Mayle is approximately 30 years old, stands at 5ft 11in, and has a muscular build. He is also known to carry weapons and is a vegan.
Ersin Mustafa
Ersin Mustafa previously worked for JP Morgan Cazenove‘s London branch from 2006 to 2008. He is accused of insider trading, reportedly making around £2.5 million by providing confidential information about mergers and acquisitions. Mustafa was arrested in 2008 but has not been seen since he allegedly fled the UK around December 2009. He is described as 165cm tall, stocky, with dark hair and tanned skin.
Ozgur Demir and Osman Aydeniz
The NCA is seeking information on the whereabouts of Turkish nationals Ozgur Demir and Osman Aydeniz, who are connected to a conspiracy involving drug trafficking. Three individuals have already been convicted in this case.
Daniel Dugic
Daniel Dugic, originally from Serbia, is wanted in connection with a 2011 drug smuggling conspiracy involving a small UK vessel and a commercial container ship in the English Channel. Although Dugic was not on board either vessel, he allegedly played a significant role in organising the importation. He is thought to be in London.
John Barton
John Barton, who has never faced justice for crimes committed between 1999 and 2000, is believed to have links to both London and Fuengirola in Spain. His sentencing took place in absentia. Barton is described as around 170cm tall, of medium build, with dyed receding hair.
