Katie Price has hinted that she is heading to Turkey for yet another cosmetic surgery procedure, despite her impending court date for a £760,000 bankruptcy case.
The 46-year-old former glamour model appeared to suggest her plans to join her friend Lou Anderson on a trip to Turkey. Lou announced her own plans for a tummy tuck next week on Instagram, to which Katie responded enthusiastically, “Yes girl, Turkey here we go.” Lou replied with a series of clapping emojis and the phrase, “Come on my girl.
This revelation comes amid reports that Katie is due in court on Tuesday for a bankruptcy hearing. Despite the serious legal matter, Katie seems set on her surgical plans. MailOnline has reached out to her representatives for comment.
Katie was declared bankrupt for the second time in March due to an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05, having first faced bankruptcy in 2019. She was recently served an eviction notice from her “Mucky Mansion” and has since moved into a new Tudor-style property costing £5,000 per month.
In a recent interview with Channel 5 News, Katie insisted that her financial issues are now “sorted.” She shared, “I’m doing really, really good. I’ve learned a lot about myself, a lot about mental health... I know I would never ever hit rock bottom again because now I know how to deal with issues.
Katie’s history of cosmetic surgeries includes rhinoplasty, a silhouette facelift, 3D veneers, lip fillers, Botox, and her 17th breast augmentation earlier this month. Despite her extensive history with cosmetic procedures, she revealed she is not content with her body and plans further surgeries.
Speaking to Heat World, Katie disclosed, “I’m not content now, I’m having more surgery next week. My mum says I’ve got body dysmorphia. I don’t ever look in the mirror and think I look good. I never have done. So, there’s obviously an underlying issue.”
Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a mental health condition where individuals obsess over perceived flaws in their appearance, which are often unnoticed by others. It commonly affects teenagers and young adults, impacting both men and women.
As Katie prepares for her trip to Turkey, the public and her fans watch closely to see how she balances her personal and legal challenges.
