Police were called at 9.38pm on Wednesday, 9 October, following reports of gunshots heard in Lancaster Road, W11. Officers, along with the London Ambulance Service (LAS) and London’s Air Ambulance, swiftly responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, a man was found inside a residential block with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was treated at the scene before being transported to hospital. Police are currently awaiting an assessment of his condition.
At this early stage, no arrests have been made. Police have launched an urgent investigation and are conducting enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
