Three suspected drug dealers have been arrested following a series of police operations in the area, leading to the seizure of drugs and related materials.

Kent Police attended Nixon Avenue on the morning of Monday, 9 December 2024, after a suspicious parcel believed to contain cannabis was intercepted. The parcel had been addressed to a local resident, prompting officers to investigate further.

During a subsequent search of the property, officers discovered several young cannabis plants. A 61-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of unlawful importation of Class B drugs and cultivation of cannabis.

In a related search of a nearby vehicle, police recovered three blocks of suspected cannabis resin. A 31-year-old woman associated with the vehicle was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.

All three suspects have been released on bail while police continue their inquiries.

Kent Police have urged members of the public with any information regarding drug-related activities to come forward to assist with ongoing investigations.
