Armed officers from the Metropolitan Police have arrested a man following reports of a violent rampage involving a large knife at a property on Sixth Avenue, Ilford. The dramatic incident unfolded just after 6pm on Saturday, November 16, as police surrounded the property and successfully detained the suspect.
