Authorities confirmed that emergency services were called to Chalk Farm Underground Station at approximately 1:11 a.m. on Monday, November 4, following reports of a casualty on the tracks. While formal identification is pending, Sarah’s family has been informed of the development. They have requested privacy during this difficult time.

Earlier media reports suggested that Sarah may have been seen entering a dark-coloured car. However, police have investigated this claim and do not believe the woman in question to have been Sarah.

Metropolitan Police officers are collaborating with the British Transport Police to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The death is currently being treated as unexpected, but it is not considered suspicious at this stage.
Further updates will follow as more details become available.
