In a significant development in the ongoing investigation into the tragic death of Naython Muir in Hounslow, a fourth individual has been charged with murder.

The victim, Naython Muir, was discovered with serious injuries on Parkside Road at approximately 10:45 pm on October 13, 2023. Despite immediate medical attention, the 43-year-old succumbed to his injuries at the scene. A subsequent post-mortem examination revealed that Mr Muir’s cause of death was a stab wound.

The latest individual to be charged in connection with Mr Muir’s murder is Mahid Mumin, aged 24, hailing from Slough. Mr Mumin is set to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on March 27, facing charges of murder.

Prior to this latest development, three other individuals had already been charged in connection with the murder of Naython Muir. Khalfani Sinclar, aged 22, residing in Ashford, Surrey, along with Phillip Jones, aged 47, and Christian Braimah, aged 24, both of West Drayton, were previously charged with murder.

These individuals are slated to stand trial at the Old Bailey, with proceedings scheduled to commence on September 2, 2024.
