Two men have been arrested following multiple raids conducted by the National Crime Agency (NCA) in Coventry, East London, and South East London, as part of an investigation into the suspected production and supply of Class A and B drugs
Ongoing Investigation in Plumstead
NCA officers, supported by the Metropolitan Police Service, have been carrying out a search at an address in Kirkham Street, Plumstead since 9:00 am this morning.
The operation remains ongoing, with searches expected to continue into the night.
Cordons have been placed around the area, and the London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service are on standby as a precaution.

Authorities have assessed the situation and confirmed that there is no risk to the public.
No arrests have been made at this location so far.

Arrests Made in Dagenham
A second raid took place at a property in Tallow Close, Dagenham, where NCA officers, again supported by Met Police, executed a search warrant early this morning.
Two men in their 30s were arrested on suspicion of the production and supply of controlled drugs.
One of the suspects was also arrested on suspicion of an immigration offence.

Both men have been taken into custody for further questioning.
Similar to the Plumstead operation, cordons were placed around the property, and emergency services were on standby, though there is no risk to public safety.

Investigation Continues
The NCA has not ruled out further arrests, and searches are expected to continue across multiple locations as part of this large-scale operation targeting drug production and distribution networks.
Authorities are urging anyone with information related to drug production or trafficking to report it via Crimestoppers or directly to law enforcement.
