One of the three teenagers who died in a tragic crash near Heathrow earlier this week has been named as 17-year-old Star Tomkins. The fatal collision occurred on Monday, March 31, when a Mercedes carrying the teenagers collided with an H26 bus on Bedfont Road, near Feltham Young Offenders Institution.
The crash took place just before midnight on a narrow railway bridge. The impact tragically claimed the lives of Star and two male teenagers in their late teens.
Further Injuries and Emergency Response
A fourth person from the car, along with two bus passengers, were rushed to hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been disclosed.
Emergency services, including the London Fire Brigade (LFB) and London Ambulance Service (LAS), quickly arrived at the scene. Fire crews from Feltham and Heston stations managed to extinguish the resulting blaze by 1.41am on Tuesday.
One witness, who did not wish to be identified, mentioned that the teenage girl was a local resident. Other bus passengers received treatment for injuries at the scene.

The local community is reeling from the news, with many expressing their condolences and shock on social media. One local resident said:
“It’s heartbreaking. The road has always been dangerous, but this is just unimaginable.”

Roads in the area remain closed as the Metropolitan Police continue their investigation into the crash. Officers are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage or information to come forward to assist with their inquiries.
