A child has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision in Beckenham earlier this week.
The incident occurred at around 5.30pm on Monday, April 7, at the junction of Copers Cope Road and Parkwood Road. Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service, responded swiftly to reports of the crash.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service confirmed:
“We were called at 5.32pm on Monday 7 April to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Parkwood and Copers Cope Road, Beckenham.
We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
Our crews treated a child at the scene, before taking them to hospital.”
The condition of the child remains unknown at this stage, and further details about the circumstances of the collision have not yet been released.
