A fourth man has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of Giovanny Rendon Bedoya in Walworth, Southwark.

Zozoro Mohamed Olivier, aged 20, of Lorrimore Square, Southwark, was formally charged on the evening of Friday, 2 May. He is accused of the murder of Giovanny Rendon Bedoya, 21, and is set to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 3 May.

Details of the Incident

The stabbing occurred on Monday, 14 April. At approximately 9.16pm , Metropolitan Police officers were called to Hillingdon Street, SE17, following reports of a stabbing.
London Ambulance Service paramedics also attended the scene and provided urgent treatment to Giovanny. Tragically, despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Giovanny’s next-of-kin are being supported by specialist officers as the investigation continues.

Ongoing Investigation

This latest charge follows the earlier arrests of three other men in connection with the incident. The investigation, led by homicide detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, remains active as officers continue to appeal for witnesses and information.
